Our client, a fast‑growing manufacturing business, is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead all production and operational activity across their manufacturing and warehouse facility. This is a key leadership role focused on efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

The Role

Lead daily production operations, ensuring targets, quality standards, and efficiency levels are consistently achieved.
Oversee multi‑shift manufacturing, ensuring smooth handovers and effective communication.
Support the transition to Microsoft Business Central across production teams.
Maintain high standards of documentation, quality assurance, and product presentation.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, performance, and staff capability.
Manage staffing levels, training, recruitment, and succession planning.
Monitor machine performance, resolve breakdowns, and work closely with Engineering.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Produce regular operational reports and monitor KPIs including output, yield, downtime, and quality.

Proven experience in a senior production or manufacturing leadership role.
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent understanding of production processes, machinery, and efficiency improvement.
Confident in managing multi‑shift operations and fast‑paced environments.
Committed to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Analytical mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and operational performance.
