Join a fast-growing Lettings agency at the forefront of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector. This is a hands‑on marketing role in a startup হব where you’ll own and shape the marketing function as the business scales nationwide. You’ll lead strategy and execution, working with major BTR brands including Moda, ILA and Get Living, with opportunities to get on‑site for content capture and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop and deliver integrated digital first marketing strategies, leading campaign planning and communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Translate business objectives into effective marketing activity that supports lettings and brand growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners and PR agency to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
- Own and manage a broad, multichannel digital mix, including:
- Paid media (PPC, SEM), SEO, content marketing, social media plus email marketing and automation
- Hands‑on execution and optimisation of campaigns, with a solid understanding of how each channel contributes to lead generation and performance.
- Experience implementing and running paid and organic digital campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Build and optimise lead generation journeys, managing landing pages, forms and tracking.
- Develop and improve marketing processes, automation and workflows to drive qualified leads.
- Support the lettings team through scalable, data‑driven campaigns.
- Manage CRM and automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Street or similar platforms).
- Oversee and guide a Marketing Executive in the delivery of content across multiple channels, ensuring high‑quality copy, creative and campaign execution.
- Own marketing reporting and performance analysis.
- Pull and analyse KPIs across channels to deliver regular internal reports plus reporting and insights for external clients and partners.
- Use data to inform strategy, improve efficiency and demonstrate ROI.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable supplying feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders, senior management and external clients.
- Background in property marketing, proptech or BTR (preferred).
- Marketing degree, qualification or equivalent experience.
- Line management (you’ll lead our marketing exec with potential departmental growth).
