Stockport NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Band 6 Macmillan Associate Specialist Palliative Care Nurse, 22.5 hours per week, permanent. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering a 7‑day specialist palliative care service to patients and carers.
The post requires a registered nurse with a relevant degree or portfolio of evidence, specialist palliative care experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a clinical caseload autonomously and with the team.
