Permanent, Full-time (42 hours) Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) About the Role We're looking for a proactive Shift Leader to join our Filling department  this role, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional results while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement. You'll play a key part in achieving our strategic goals through strong leadership and a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities Lead your shift to meet Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People standards. Ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion root cause analysis. Manage performance proactively, including Performance Improvement Plans. Communicate effectively via cascade briefs and connect sessions. Live company behaviors, lead by example, and provide feedback during 1:1s. Plan and allocate resources effectively within your team What We're Looking For Experience in high-volume food manufacturing.

Strong leadership and coaching skills. Knowledge of compliance standards and audit processes. Technical understanding of processing and filling equipment. Strong awareness of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Environmental standards, with the ability to apply best practices in a manufacturing setting. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience.
