Meritus is recruiting for a Head of Quality to lead the Quality function across aerospace, defence, nuclear and advanced engineering sectors. You will own the QMS, drive continuous improvement and ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards.
The role covers the full product lifecycle from NPI to production, supplier quality, and customer engagement, while mentoring the Quality team and shaping quality strategy across the business.
