Are you a Quality Manager or similar with a background in electronics, looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, offering full autonomy, where you will be seen as the quality expert, responsible for heading up the entire division for a highly reputable manufacturer?

Are you looking to take the reins and directly influence positive change within a thriving department, ensuring product, site, and staff standard, working closely with R&D and NPI facilities in a varied position?

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and improving both BMS and QMS systems, leading internal and external audits alongside supporting the E&HS Manager with compliance.

With a turnover of £50 million, they aim to continue dominating their niche sector for many years to come, operating out of multiple sites across the UK, selling their products worldwide, offering flexible working hours, alongside professional membership and qualification support.

This role would suit a Quality Manager or similar with a background in electronics manufacturing. You will be looking to progress your career, joining a national company looking to invest in their employees, through funded membership and qualifications support, as well as security clearance.

The Role:

• General ownership and oversight of the entire quality department
• Maintaining and improving both BMS and QMS systems
• Leading internal and external audits
• Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, flexible
