Build to Rent Property Account Manager – Stockport - £30,000 basic DOE - OTE £60k

This firm is on the cusp of revolutionising the prop-tech and build-to-rent property market, they are set to redefine property sales and are rapidly becoming one of the UK’s most popular providers of fixed, passive property income.

Join them as a Property Account Manager, as they embark on an exciting journey, shaping the future of the build-to-rent property market!

In this role, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of property sales, focusing on lead generation and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to completion.

What you’ll be doing

• Engaging with developers across the UK to pitch their prop-tech services in build-to-rent
• Arrange and conduct meetings with developers to pitch services and close deals
• Manage the entire sales process from negotiation to completion, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction
• Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making

What you will have

• Proven sales experience within Property/Estate Agency/Investment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets
• A passion for the property investment and a desire to learn and grow in this field
