We are recruiting for an experienced  Store Manager  to lead a successful retail store in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results.
As a  Store Manager , you will take ownership of the day-to-day store operation, leading your team to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent retail standards, and create a great customer experience.

Store Manager Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service

Be a visible, hands-on leader, working alongside your team to drive performance and create a positive store environment

Manage all store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, compliance, and health & safety

Drive commercial performance through effective KPI management and sales analysis

Recruit, train, coach, and develop your team to maximise performance

Maintain excellent retail standards across store presentation and customer experience

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a  Store Manager , Assistant Store Manager, or senior retail leader

Experience managing a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on approach to leadership

A strong people manager who leads by example and enjoys developing teams

Commercially focused with experience delivering against sales targets and KPIs

Passionate about retail, customer service, and creating memorable customer experiences
