Sales Person

New Mills, High Peak, England

This is a full-time role based in New Mills High Peak for a Sales Person specializing in the construction industry. The Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with the Builders Merchant sector of our business. The role will be split between internal office based sales and external customer-facing visits and relationship management.

Split duties between internal office sales and external customer-facing visits.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
• Knowledge of the construction industry, building materials, or related fields
• Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region
• Previous sales experience in the construction or related industry is essential.
