An established and growing engineering organisation is looking for a motivated External Sales Engineer to join its dynamic team covering Chester, Wrexham, Runcorn, Warrington, Widnes and parts of the Wirral.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, developing new business opportunities, and delivering innovative industrial automation solutions to customers across a variety of sectors.

• Using your technical expertise to develop tailored solutions and identify new business opportunities.
• Preparing accurate, competitive quotations aligned with customer requirements.
• Managing your own sales activity to achieve and exceed company objectives.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keeping up to date with new products, technologies, and industry developments.

• Solid knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control products and solutions.
• Proven experience in external customer-facing sales roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
  
  Good IT skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
