Pay: 10% Uncapped Commission on Sales Generated

We are looking for confident, energetic Tik Tok Live Hosts to present and sell our beauty products during Tik Tok Live streams targeted at the US market.

This is a performance-driven role where personality, product knowledge and the ability to engage a live audience are key. You will host live shopping sessions, demonstrate products, answer viewer questions and drive sales in real time.

Due to the US focus, shifts will primarily take place during evening and late-night hours in the UK.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, with commission paid at 10% of all sales generated during your live sessions. If commission earnings fall below the equivalent of National Minimum Wage for hours worked, a minimum wage top-up will apply.

• Host engaging Tik Tok Live shopping sessions targeting US audiences
• Demonstrate and review products in an entertaining and informative way
• Drive live sales through strong calls-to-action and audience engagement
• Answer viewer questions and interact with the live chat in real time
• Build excitement around promotions, bundles and limited-time offers
• Collaborate with the social, marketing and eCommerce teams on live content plans
• Prepare for live sessions by understanding products, offers and campaign messaging
• Monitor live performance and continuously improve sales conversion

• Confident on-camera personality with strong communication skills
• Natural ability to sell and influence audiences in real time
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics and social media trends
• Comfortable working evenings and late nights to align with US audiences
• Ability to think quickly and respond to live comments and questions
• Highly motivated by performance-based earnings and commission
• Previous Tik Tok Live, livestream selling, retail sales, or influencer experience is advantageous but not essential
