We are looking for a structured and driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Stockport.
This role plays a key part in building pipeline by managing both outbound prospecting activity and inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and seminar activity.
You will work closely with Marketing and the Senior Sales Team (Key Account Managers) to ensure a consistent flow of qualified meetings into the business.
The role is office-based to enable collaboration, coaching, and alignment with the wider commercial function.
The ObjectiveYour primary goal is simple:
Generate and qualify meetings for the Senior Sales Team (Key Account Managers).You will follow a structured daily activity model designed to build pipeline consistently and predictably.
What You’ll Be DoingYour responsibilities will focus on five core areas:
Linked In Prospecting- Identify and engage with 30 ideal customer profiles (ICP) per day
- Connect, follow, and warm prospects through structured engagement
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns
- Personalise messaging using approved templates
- Follow a defined cadence strategy
- Call outbound prospects and follow up on marketing-generated leads
- Qualify interest and book meetings
- Confidently introduce the company’s services
- Respond promptly to enquiries generated via marketing, trade shows, and seminars
- Qualify opportunities against defined criteria
- Ensure timely progression into booked meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Log all activity and manage follow-up tasks
- Qualify prospects properly before handing over to Key Account Managers
This is a structured, activity-driven role with clear performance expectations and measurable KPIs.
Who This Role SuitsWe’re looking for someone with 1 - 3 years’ sales experience who is:
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Organised and process-driven
- Confident speaking with business decision-makers

- Eager to develop within a professional B2B sales environment
You do not need deep SaaS experience, but you must be willing to learn quickly and follow a structured sales process.

The role combines outbound prospecting discipline with professional handling of inbound opportunities.

Progression is based on performance, consistency, and results.
Package- £28,000 – £33,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
