Business Manager - Used Cars

As Business Manager - Used Cars, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the used car business, helping shape profitable deals and supporting a high-quality buying journey for customers. This role has a direct impact on sales results, operational performance, and the overall success of the used car function within a premium retail environment.

• Lead used car sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Manage finance and insurance processes while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Support the sales team with deal structuring and margin optimisation
• Monitor stock mix, pricing, and vehicle turnaround to maximise returns
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the used car buying journey

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealership business management with premium automotive brands
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving profit margins
• Strong understanding of finance products, compliance, and deal structuring in an automotive retail or dealership environment
• Knowledge of used car operations
• Experience managing customer relationships in automotive retail sales
• Full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK
