Stockport (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £30 per hour About the Role

Liquid Personnel is seeking an Social Worker to join an esteemed client’s Adult Reablement Team.

In this role, you will

• Hold a short-term caseload within a reablement service, monitoring progress, completing Care Act assessments, and responding to safeguarding concerns.
• Carry out formal mental capacity assessments, prioritise and review cases, and offer information, advice, and signposting where appropriate.
• Work in a strengths-based, person-centred way with individuals living with varying levels of risk, using creativity and flexibility to support outcomes.
• Contribute social work expertise within a small, supportive team and wider multi-disciplinary service, supporting colleagues, apprentices, and shadowing.
• Attend team meetings and training, adhere to council policies and adult legislation, and work flexibly across home and office settings (car driver essential).
