Children’s Home Manager We’re recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-regulated children's home in Marple, Stockport (SK2). 💷 Earning Potential
Base Salary: £60,000
Outstanding Ofsted Bonus: £3,000
Good Ofsted Bonus: £1,500
🏠 The Home4-bed EBD home
Currently 3 children in placement (2 boys, 1 girl
)
- Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years (children’s homes)
- Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
- Confident leading registration and inspections
- Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care
- Strong senior leadership support
- HR, recruitment and compliance backing
