Stockport Council’s Stockport Family is recruiting a Best Start in Life Coordinator to improve outcomes for children aged 0-5 and their families. You will deliver targeted Early Help and family support within a multi-disciplinary neighbourhood team, coordinating assessments and multi-agency interventions.
You will lead family support planning, coordinate meetings, and use your professional judgement to identify needs, manage risk and connect families to the right services at the right time.
