Installation & Delivery Driver

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Installation & Delivery Driver to join our Service team. This is more than just a driving role. You'll be responsible for delivering, installing, and collecting office equipment while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. As an Installation & Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering, collecting and installing office equipment across a designated region.
• Loading and unloading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reviewing delivery and installation paperwork to ensure all requirements have been completed.
• Installing and assembling equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Transferring network data between devices when required.
• Testing equipment functionality before handover to customers.
• Obtaining customer sign-off following successful installations.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal coordinators.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks.
• Supporting warehouse operations when required.
• Following company processes and health & safety procedures at all times.

• A full UK driving licence (Class
  
  B).
