German speaking Customer Service Representative – Stockport. M2

Responsibilities- Main duties: You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one
- Support both internal and external stakeholders across Europe
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide clear, supportive assistance to customers across various channels
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and orders
- Multilingual with fluency in German
- Previous experience in customer service
- IT literate
- Hands-on attitude and great communication skills
