Placement Student - Supply Chain

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Placement Student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Business Unit in Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry. This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2027.

The requirements are to be onsite for part of the week so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location on your own behalf.

• Program Management Support
  - Work closely with Program Leader to drive progress across the team.
• Team Engagement
  - Liaise with Core Team Functional Leaders to track updates, highlight progress and identify issues or risks to delivery of the project
• KPI & Reporting
  - Monitor Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans
• Stakeholder communication
  - Assist in creating high quality presentations - ensuring clarity & impact.
• Analytics
  - Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis. Provide analytical support to one or more functional areas
• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Optimize work processes
  - Seeking the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Currently studying towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Analytics or a related field.
