We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a long-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will supervise lessons across a range of subjects, support students with SEND (including ASD, ADHD and SEMH), and use strong behaviour management skills to ensure students remain engaged and focused on their learning.

• Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school setting
• Experience supporting students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
