An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hourly Paid Lecturer to join our Health, Education and Foundation Learning team reporting to our Curriculum Manager.
As a cover lecturer in HEFL you will be responsible for the delivery, support, monitoring and assessment of the students across the provision.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable and highly professional. The role requires resilience, flexibility and strong classroom presence. The ability to build rapport quickly, manage behaviour consistently and create a purposeful learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. You will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning, maintaining student engagement and upholding the quality of teaching and assessment across the curriculum.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lecturer seeking flexible teaching experience, or for an aspiring educator looking to broaden their classroom practice within a supportive and professional environment.
