This field-based role covers face-to-face sessions, practical demonstrations, and on‑the‑job coaching to ensure staff meet care standards and regulatory requirements.
You'll work with Home Managers to plan sessions, monitor training compliance, support induction, and contribute to continuous improvement of the training programme across the region.
