Milk Education are seeking enthusiastic SEMH Learning Support Assistants to work across Darlington's specialist schools, with long-term opportunities from September 2026.
You will provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH, help them develop emotional resilience and social skills, and collaborate with teachers to adapt activities to ensure every pupil can access the curriculum. A supportive environment with CPD and APSCo-compliant recruitment is offered.
