The Hub Coordinator will build and maintain excellent relationships with students as well as parents, carers and third party agencies, in order to put students first and increase their chances of success in and beyond the centre.

Welcome

from the Principal:

Outwood Alternative Provision Eston is a unique centre providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable students who exhibit challenging behaviours and are at risk of exclusion. We are a dedicated staff body, passionate about providing bespoke, additional support to every student; ensuring their behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health challenges are not a barrier to success. With smaller class sizes, and an adapted curriculum that supports the needs of our students, we prioritise personal development and student well-being without compromising academic progress.

We have unconditional positive regard for our students and consider strong, professional relationships as our first intervention. Our behaviour approach promotes telling the truth, taking responsibility, acknowledging harm and being accountable. Our goal is to ensure that all students can succeed and transition to the next stage of their education with confidence and self-belief. If, like us, you believe every student deserves a champion, and you share The Outwood vision of raising standards and transforming lives, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team.
