Role: Inclusion Officer

Academy: Outwood Academy Ormesby

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary (Actual Salary): £29,775.66 to £31,292.16 (Grade 8, SCP 18-21)

Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week, 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday, Term Time only plus 15 days

Are you an expert in inclusion practice committed to ensuring every student, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), receives fully inclusive support? As the Inclusion Officer, you will ensure the academy strictly adheres to the SEND Code of Practice, leading the creation, monitoring, and review of tailored intervention plans (Wave 1, 2, and
3) to maximise the progress of vulnerable and disadvantaged students. This role involves complex administrative oversight, staff deployment, and direct student work.
