Filtronic plc is recruiting NPI Engineers to join our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Net Park in Sedgefield. You will lead the transition of RF and microwave products from development to stable, scalable production, collaborating with RF design, mechanical, test, quality and manufacturing teams.
We seek candidates from electronics, Tier-1 automotive, or other high-reliability environments. Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA, PFMEA, SPC, and root-cause methodologies is preferred, with a
