ICL is seeking an Electrical Operations Engineer to take ownership of electrical engineering activities at our Tees Dock operation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team, influence engineering strategy, and play a vital role in supporting the supply chain of the world's only Polyhalite mine.

As Electrical Operations Engineer, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of electrical technicians, providing coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring the highest engineering and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Drive asset reliability and performance by developing and maintaining effective maintenance strategies.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and engineering solutions that improve safety, efficiency and operational performance.
• Deliver improvement projects that optimise operations and reduce risk associated with electrical systems and equipment.
• Manage capital investment proposals and support project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Act as a technical leader within the business, setting professional standards and encouraging a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status or be actively working towards chartership.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, control systems and automation equipment, particularly within conveyor-based operations.
• An understanding of the operation and maintenance of high-voltage electrical systems.
• Extensive experience in engineering maintenance and asset reliability improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
