Hays are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a manufacturing company on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a solid background in credit control to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Chasing outstanding payments and maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Cash allocation and reconciliation of accounts
• Raising invoices accurately and efficiently
• Managing creditors and debtor ledgers
• Supporting with litigation processes when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines
• Immediate availability
