You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing thecost-effective delivery of modular buildings, accommodation units and containers across the UK. From booking haulage to managing project delivery schedules, you’ll ensure customers receive a seamless, efficient service — allwhile maintaining a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Booking transport across multiple divisions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective haulage.
• Coordinating Accommodation Projects in line with project plans and safety procedures.
• Providing customers with ETAs, delivery updates and clear communication throughout.
• Ensuring haulage partners are safe, reliable and correctly accredited.
• Managing tasks from the transport inbox and completing them within agreed timescales.
• Liaising with Sales teams regarding order updates and amendments.
• Maintaininga flexible, positive approach and delivering work to the highest standard.

• Experience in transport and logistics
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Apositive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Abilityto work under pressure, manage competing priorities and confidently spin multiple plates at once.

You’ll deliver a smooth, well-managed transport-booking experience, keeping customers informed and resolving issues quickly by working closely with hauliers, Sales and Hire teams. Your proactive approach ensures every delivery runs as efficiently as possible.
