As a Domestic Assistant at Tees Grange care home, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas of the home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming.
- Clean and tidy designated areas such as bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and other common facilities.
- Operate equipment such as carpet cleaning machines.
- Wash and dry laundry as required.
- Report breakages, damage, defects and hazards promptly.
- Support residents by upholding choice, dignity and independence.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.
- Commitment to fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
- Keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
