With a collaborative culture and visible senior leadership support, the company is focused on improving how complex projects are delivered across the organisation. This creates a genuine opportunity for the Project Manager to have influence, visibility, and impact from day one.
Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to New Product Introduction (NPI) and major projects across the business. The role exists to ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, and delivered to agreed timescales, with risks and dependencies actively managed.
Rather than acting as a traditional, process-heavy project manager, the Project Manager operates as a delivery-focused leader, combining technical understanding with strong communication and influencing skills. You will own project timing plans, delivery schedules, and governance, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and upheld.
The Project Manager will act as the central coordination point for project delivery. The role does not own engineering design or operational execution, but instead drives accountability, transparency, and delivery discipline.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a technical or manufacturing environment.
* Strong capability in building and managing project plans and delivery schedules.
* Sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with engineering and operational teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
* Experience with in NPI or product-led manufacturing environments.
* Formal project management qualifications
