Due to ongoing growth and increased production requirements, our client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and recruit reliable and motivated Production Operators to join their busy operation.

The Role
As a Production Operator, you will work as part of the manufacturing team, helping to produce, package and prepare specialist products to the highest standards.
Working within a clean room environment, you will be required to follow strict procedures and quality standards throughout the production process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Carrying out manufacturing activities in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
Assembling, packing and labelling products ready for dispatch.
Completing production paperwork, batch records and quality documentation accurately.
Carrying out routine quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
Identifying and reporting any defects, faults or deviations to the relevant supervisor.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area.
Following strict hygiene, contamination-control and GMP procedures.
Working towards daily production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Safely handling raw materials, components and finished products.
Carrying out basic troubleshooting and escalating machinery issues when required.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines
