Are you experienced in leading food hygiene teams?
Are you confident managing a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?
Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a leading food production business on the search for a Hygiene Manager
. This is a full-time permanent role based in Darlington
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping the site ready for BRC audits, taking responsibility across all hygiene aspects.
- Organisation of training, creation of work instructions for existing and new kit brought on site.
- Identification of process cleaning requirements/improvements
- Management of the hygiene team
What We're Looking For:
- Someone with knowledge of Food Hygiene Standards and requirements.
- Intermediate/advanced food safety qualification.
- Experience of managing a hygiene team.
- Health & Safety at work qualification.
Salary is up to £50k + benefits.
