Hawthorne Court is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our professional and friendly team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. A modern care home with 80 bedrooms and a dedicated nursing unit A choice of communal lounges, dining areas with kitchenettes, and quiet spaces on each floor Beautiful gardens and landscaped outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy Snacks and refreshments, including tea and coffee, available throughout the day and night Free on-site parking for staff and visitors What is the day-to-day of the role:
Assisting residents with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility Supporting individuals with eating and drinking Ensuring rooms and communal areas are clean, tidy and safe Administration of medication Engaging residents in conversation and companionship Encouraging independence while being attentive to emotional and physical needs. ⚕️
