North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to lead our Pre Assessment Team across the North Tees and Hartlepool units. The post holder will supervise clinical activity, deliver high-quality pre-assessment care and support a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires current UK nursing registration, relevant leadership experience, and a strong background in pre-assessment procedures and NICE guidelines. Units operate Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm.
