Are you a Quality professional who thrives on high standards, continuous improvement and leading from the front? At PFF Sedgefield we're looking for a driven Quality Manager to lead our quality function at our Sedgefield site, ensuring we continue to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality packaging solutions to our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality leader with strong BRCGS, HACCP/HARM and manufacturing experience to make a real impact within a fast-paced and growing business.
What you'll be doing- Leading and developing a team of Quality professionals
- Maintaining BRCGS Food Packaging accreditation and site compliance
- Acting as HARM/HACCP Team Leader
- Driving a culture of quality, GMP and continuous improvement
- Managing customer complaints, audits, non-conformances and CAPAs
- Partnering with Operations to improve performance, reduce waste and enhance product quality
- Supporting future ISO and best-practice quality initiatives
- Quality Management experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food or packaging
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS and quality management systems
- Experience managing audits and customer-facing quality activities
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
