Logistics Accounting Analyst

This operation runs 24/7. Work schedules are determined by business volume and operational needs. Weekend availability is required, and the facility is closed only three days per year.

Responsible for maintaining logistics accounting functions and billing accuracy.

• Prepare weekly KPI reports.
• Generate month-end reports and accruals.
• Verify carrier rates in Truck Mate.
• Perform 3-way matching of carrier invoices.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Billing Specialists.
• Set invoices up for approval and payment.
• Monitor and reconcile carrier aging statements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with carriers.
• Resolve billing issues in collaboration with operations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Accounting Manager
• Dispatch Leadership

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Truck Mate experience.
• Minimum 6 months of SAP experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, and MS Office.

• Must be able to interact with all levels of management.

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Extended periods of sitting at a computer workstation.
• Walking or climbing stairs as needed.
• Distribution center environment with varying temperatures.
