Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. is looking for a Credit Administrator out of our Stockton headquarters. This role is responsible for accurate account setup, payment processing, and administrative support while maintaining strong internal coordination and professional customer communication.

  • Maintain a high level of organization in all areas of responsibility. Promptly and professionally return phone calls, texts, and emails. Follow through on assignments accurately, completely, and on time. Effectively manage calendars, tasks, and communications in a clear, structured, and timely manner.
  • Smoothly and diplomatically coordinate with accounting and distribution teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Confidently communicate with customers of all types, maintaining tact, professionalism, and good humor.

Required Skills/

Experience:

  • Experience in administrative, credit, accounting, or accounts receivable support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database or accounting systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
