ERP Specialist

Pride Staff is looking for an experienced ERP Specialist for a well-known industrial company in Stockton, CA.

Position Summary:

The Work Order ERP Specialist is responsible for processing and managing work orders within the ERP system (Acumatica). This is a 3-month term position requiring strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Process, enter, and update work orders in Acumatica Review work orders for accuracy and completeness Track and monitor work order status to ensure timely completion Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information Maintain accurate records and documentation Generate reports as needed Provide general administrative and operational support

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in order processing, operations, or administrative support Proficient in computer systems; ERP experience preferred

Experience with Acumatica is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule:

Full time, Monday - Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Pay Range varies DOE: $16.90/hr (Will increase after the first week) For immediate consideration, please call  #mon Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.90 - $17.00 Per Hour
