ERP Specialist

Pride Staff is looking for an experienced ERP Specialist for a well-known industrial company in Stockton, CA.

Position Summary:

The Work Order ERP Specialist is responsible for processing and managing work orders within the ERP system (Acumatica). This is a 3-month term position requiring strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Process, enter, and update work orders in Acumatica
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Track and monitor work order status to ensure timely completion
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Generate reports as needed
• Provide general administrative and operational support

• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, operations, or administrative support
• Proficient in computer systems; ERP experience preferred
• Experience with Acumatica is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the .
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule:
Full time, Monday - Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
