Position: Financial Analyst - BOBCAT CENTRAL INC

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About the Role:

As a key contributor to the company’s financial performance, the Financial Analyst will support strategic decision‑making through detailed financial evaluation, forecasting, and reporting. This role plays a vital part in driving sustainable growth by monitoring financial results, analyzing market and sales trends, and providing actionable insights that strengthen profitability and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to align financial initiatives with company goals, assess budget needs, and support resource planning. Through regular analysis of sales activity, inventory management, and purchasing practices, you will help optimize business performance and ensure sound financial stewardship.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide management team with critical insights and data needed for operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate company performance and identify cost‑reduction, efficiency, and technology improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to evaluate spending, set financial targets, and ensure budget alignment.
  • Identify trends, patterns, deficiencies, discrepancies, and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and as‑needed reports for leadership.
  • Monitor the execution of plans and provide regular commentary on performance against targets.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit analysis and ROI (return on investment) analysis to provide key information to optimize operations and resource allocation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems.
  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Information Systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentation software skills experience a plus.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV record; ability to travel as needed.
  • Honesty, integrity, flexibility, and availability required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Adept at finding, collecting, interpreting and analyzing raw data.
  • Confidentiality in handling confidential, proprietary, financial and strategic information.
  • Ability to see revenue opportunities, expense reduction, future trends, effective modernization, etc.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others in a positive and professional manner.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, maintain balance, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Sit for long periods of time – 8+ hours per day.
