The Project Managerisresponsibleformanagingallaspectsofconstructionprojectsfrominceptiontocompletion ,ensuring quality,safety,client satisfaction,budget adherence,andscheduleintegrity.

Program

Requirementsandperformancegoals.

• ServeastheprimaryliaisonbetweenHCI,clients,andsubcontractorsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
• Effectivelymanagescope,schedule,andbudgettoensuretimelyandprofitableprojectdelivery.
• Leadandmentorteammembers,including
  
  Superintendent sand Project Assistants .
• Execute high-qualityconstructionpracticesthatalignwithHCI’smissionandvalues.

• Developandmaintainconsistentweeklycommunicationwithclients.
• Scheduleandleadprojectkickoffandinternal/clientdebriefmeetings.
• Coordinate with
  
  Superintendentsonthe5-weeklook-aheadscheduletoensureprojectprogress.
• Monitorandcontrolprojectcost,timeline,and deliverables.
• Preparepayapplicationsbythe
  24thofeachmonthandreviewjobcostreportsmonthly.
• Negotiate subcontracts,ensuringcompleteandclearscopesofwork.
• Accuratelyreviewandapproveproject-relatedinvoiceswithin
  48hours.
• Monitorgeneralconditionsandtrackjob-specificbudgetvariancestomaintainorexceedHCIprofitmargins.
• Ensureproperexecutionandtrackingof Change Orders .
• UseProcoreformanagingRFIlogs,submittals,inspections,safety reports,andcostcontroldocumentation.
• Ensurecloseoutdocumentationiscomplete,organized,anddeliveredtotheclient.
• MaintaincompliancewithprojectandAHJ(Authority Having Jurisdiction ) requirements.
• Superviseandsupporttheprojectteamandmentorjuniorstaff.
• Providesafetyleadershipandenforcejobsitestandardsandregulations.
• Addressconflictswitharchitects,engineers,clients,andsubcontractorsefficiently.
• Leadtraininginitiativesandencourageongoingprofessionaldevelopment.
• EnsureconstructionworkisofthehighestqualityandcompliantwithHCI’sstandards.
• Overseejobsitemobilizationandbranding.
• EnforceallcompanyandOSHAsafetypoliciesandprocedures.
• Assistwithsafetyauditsandimplementcorrectiveactionswhennecessary.
• Maintainasafeworkingenvironmentforallpersonnel.
• Otherdutiesasassigned.

Required:

• Strongknowledgeofconstructionmethods,techniques,standards,andindustryregulations.
• Experienceincostcontrol,budgeting,and scheduling(CPMmethods).
• Skilledin Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word,Excel,Project),AdobePDF,and Procore.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlines.

Preferred/Considered:

• Minimumof5yearsofexperienceincommercialconstructionprojectmanagement.
• Bachelor’sdegreein

• Previousexperiencementoringortrainingteammembers.
