Junior Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the creation and production of high quality print and digital content. This role will help deliver on the long term marketing, training, and communications strategy of the business, working closely with the wider business to ensure creative and engaging materials are produced to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver content that addresses business needs and customer/employee expectations
• Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to understand requirements and produce visual content and marketing materials for new products and processes
• Deliver multichannel design and artwork against the marketing strategy for the business and for new and existing products or services that meets brand guidelines and commercial needs
• Ensure design and commercial materials are regularly updated and version controlled

There are some essential experience skills you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia, or related field
• Technically capable in graphic design and photo-editing, with a flair for creativity
• Accuracy and attention to detail to produce finalised high-quality work
• Open to feedback and design changes from key stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation skills and able to work to tight deadlines
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Self-starter who can work to own initiative
• Ability to work in accordance with established brand guidelines, parameters and internal processes.
• Minimum of one year’s professional graphic design experience.
