We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Fitness Club Associate
. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing outstanding support to ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the club, assisting with member check-ins and questions, giving engaging tours to prospective members, and participating in community outreach to promote our club. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer service, fitness, or a related field, and is comfortable engaging with potential members through phone calls, walk-ins, and referrals.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment by completing cleaning tasks and hourly club walks
• Engage potential members through various outreach methods, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person conversations during club tours
• Retain long-term clients and expand the club's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service
• Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members
• Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service

• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or a related field preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with outreach efforts such as phone calls, emails, texting, and in-person conversations
• Basic computer and administrative skills (POS systems, email, scheduling software, etc.)
• Willingness to maintain a clean and organized club environment

$16.50 hourly
