Automatic and Commercial Door company seeking a Service coordinator to join our team! Individual will be responsible for assisting service manager with overseeing and managing all service requests from customers.
Responsibilities- Accept, dispatch, and monitor incoming service calls.
- Telephone answering.
- Parts tracking.
- Track calls and update customers on call progress frequently.
- Establish and build relationships with customers.
- Establish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist with managing field operations with service techs.
- Inventory tracking.
- Schedule follow-up calls for work satisfaction with customers.
- Previous experience in service, dispatch, sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks.
- Great Multitasker.
