Project Manager Civil

The purpose of this role is to provide civil construction project management services to SVCS clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

• Perform takeoffs and estimates (3D for Earthwork/Grading, 2D via Plan Swift® or equivalent)
• Prepare scopes of work, RFQs (Request for Quote), and RFPs (Request for Proposal)
• Source vendors and contractors, maintain contractor database
• Obtain and compare contractor and vendor quotes/proposals
• Prepare contracts and ensure contractor insurance is obtained
• Weekly responsibilities: 1 internal team meeting, 1 city coordination meeting, 1 site visit – Each meeting cycle involves 1 hour prep, 1 hour meeting, 1 hour post‑meeting work (3 hours per meeting);
  Track project progress and coordinate with stakeholders; 12 hours per week (~48 hours per month);
  Monday through Friday, flexible hours for meetings and project tasks;
  Hybrid (on‑site and remote)

• $1,000/month – No BS in Civil Engineering
• $2,000/month – BS in Civil Engineering

• Experience managing civil projects (required)
• Reliable internet and electricity for video conferencing
• Must have access to and experience with 3D takeoff software (Earthwork / Grading);
  Will use Time Doctor® or similar screen‑recording software
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
