Form Energy is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Metals to support the transfer of sheet metal components, including stamped, laser cut, plated, and bent parts to our suppliers. This role reports into our Global Supply Management team. As part of our Supplier Industrialization Engineering team, you will support new product introduction from concept through production at supplier facilities with a focus on cost-effectiveness and lead design for manufacturing (DFM) analysis to identify and mitigate potential manufacturing issues in collaboration with Program Managers, Cell/Module Engineering, and Advanced Manufacturing, teams.
