Base pay range: $115,000 – $140,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Assess patient status to develop and implement a rehabilitation program consistent with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Work and communicate effectively in a multi‑disciplinary team (physicians, nurses, other therapists).
• Oversee, evaluate, and educate Physical Therapy Assistants in implementing physical therapy services.
• Promote patient health and teach prevention of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities caused by diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries.
• Train patient family members as needed.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA).
• Current and unrestricted California State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT in a hospital or nursing home.
• Preferred:
  Home Health experience as a PT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Willing and able to commute to patient homes.
