• Provide technical assistance
• Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems and software; monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets
• Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem and guide customers through problem-solving
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Run reports to identify recurring malfunctions
• Document incidents with clear, concise notes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients
• Basic understanding of networking technologies
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS
• Ability to work and learn independently

• O365/Active Directory experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean DMV
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check
