• Independently manage a full caseload of Nevada workers’ compensation defense files from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to discovery, file pleadings and motions, and attend hearings
• Develop and execute strategic case plans to move files toward timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements and maintain proactive client communication on a regular basis (minimum every 30 days)
• Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines while maintaining high professional standards

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience handling Nevada workers’ compensation defense matters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to client service, integrity, and discretion

• Experience in insurance claims, subrogation, or civil litigation
• Familiarity with high-volume case management tools or platforms
